Who it's for
For anyone with a business in the U.S., or about to start one.
If you serve customers in person in Florida, or live in Brazil and sell services to Americans, Amerady forms your LLC, gets your EIN and sets up the first steps. Clear support, fixed pricing.
- Florida
Local businesses in Florida
Cleaning, remodeling, painting, landscaping, beauty, transport. If you serve customers in person, you usually form the company in the state where you work. We form your LLC in Florida so you can bill and get paid as a company.
- From Brazil
Agencies and service providers
You live in Brazil and sell to U.S. clients: agency, designer, developer, translator, consultant. With an LLC, you sign contracts in English, invoice as a company and bill in dollars.
- Starting out
Not sure which state fits
Before you pay, we ask where you live and where the company will operate, then tell you which state makes sense for you and how the price changes.
Before you pay
An LLC is infrastructure, not a tax break.
A lot of people sell U.S. LLCs as a way to pay less tax. That's not what it is. If you live outside the U.S., the tax rules of the country where you live still apply to what your company earns. Before you form one, talk to a local accountant who knows how your country treats a foreign company.
What an LLC gives you
- A real U.S. company, with you as the owner
- An EIN, your company's U.S. tax ID
- A base to apply for a dollar account and tools like Stripe
- Contracts and invoices with U.S. clients in your company's name
What it doesn't do
- It doesn't cut your taxes: the rules where you live still apply.
- It doesn't guarantee a bank account: banks decide, not us.
- It doesn't skip filings: as a rule, Form 5472 is due every year, even with zero revenue, and the IRS penalty for not filing starts at $25,000.
How it works
From order to first payment, in five steps.
You follow every step on WhatsApp. Nothing moves forward without you knowing what's happening.
All timelines are estimates. Delaware and Florida have their own, and the IRS and banks work at their own pace. If something is delayed, we'll tell you.

You choose and confirm
A few minutesPick a plan and a state, message us, and confirm your details. Nothing goes to the state until you do.
- 2
We file your LLC
1–3 business days in WyomingOnce everything is confirmed, we file the LLC with the state, prepare your Operating Agreement, and set up your registered agent for the first year.
- 3
The IRS issues your EIN
4+ business daysWe request the EIN on your behalf, with your authorization, without an SSN or ITIN. The EIN is your company's U.S. tax ID, and the IRS doesn't charge for it.
- 4
You open your dollar account
1–3 weeksOn Ready to Operate and Total, we guide you through the business account application, screen by screen. The bank makes the call, and each bank has its own timeline.
- 5
You get your first payment
Depends on your clientOn those plans, you also get your W-8BEN filled out, a U.S. services contract template in English, and guidance to set up Stripe. From there, you bill your client and get paid into your company's account.
States
Three states. If you work online, Wyoming.
The right state depends on where and how you work. Not sure? Talk to us before you pay and we'll help you choose.

For founders outside the U.S. who work online
It's Amerady's default for anyone selling services online. You don't need to live in Wyoming or have an office there to form your LLC there.

If you plan to raise investment
It's a state U.S. investors know well. On the other hand, it charges an annual franchise tax, so it usually makes sense only if raising money is in your plans.

If you operate in person in Florida
If you serve customers in person in Florida, like a cleaning company, your LLC needs to be formed there. Forming in another state and operating in Florida usually means registering the company again, at extra cost.
- Required if you operate there in person
- Avoids registering your company twice

FAQ
What everyone asks before forming an LLC.
No. The whole process is 100% remote: LLC filing, EIN, and guidance on your dollar account all happen from wherever you live. You talk to a real person on WhatsApp or by email.
Not to form the LLC or get the EIN. The IRS issues EINs to foreign owners without an SSN or ITIN, by phone or fax, and we request it on your behalf as your authorized third-party designee. The EIN itself is free. If your case later calls for an ITIN, Amerady Total includes it.
These are estimates: Wyoming filing takes 1 to 3 business days, and the EIN about 4 business days by fax (by phone it can come the same day, but we can't guarantee that). A dollar account takes 1 to 3 weeks, depending on the bank. We don't promise dates, but we update you at every step.
If you live outside the U.S. and work online, Wyoming: filing is fast, there's no state income tax, and the annual report fee is low. Delaware makes sense if you plan to raise investment, but it charges an annual franchise tax. If you serve customers in person in Florida, your LLC needs to be formed in Florida.
That's not what it's for. A U.S. LLC is infrastructure to sell and get paid in dollars, and the tax rules of the country where you live still apply. Before you form one, talk to a local accountant who knows how your country treats a foreign company.
It's an annual return that reports to the IRS the transactions between you and your LLC. It's filed with a pro forma Form 1120, and, as a rule, it's required every year, even with zero revenue. The IRS penalty for not filing starts at $25,000 per form. Amerady Total covers the first year, and after that Amerady Compliance handles it through a partner U.S. accountant.
That's up to the bank: banks decide, and we don't promise approval. On Ready to Operate and Total, we guide you through the business account application. Each bank has its own rules on accepted countries and timelines; Mercury, for example, accepts residents of Brazil but may take 10 to 21 days and ask for extra documents.
Usually not. For someone who lives outside the U.S., the right form is usually the W-8BEN, not the W-9. We guide you case by case, and on Ready to Operate and Total your W-8BEN comes filled out.
With the LLC and the EIN, your company can apply for a Stripe account to bill clients. On Ready to Operate and Total, we guide you through the setup to receive payments. Stripe approves accounts under its own rules.
Yes. Addresses in the state filing are public record, and anyone can look them up. Every plan includes an address for the state registration, and you review your details before we file.
It's the person or company in the state that receives official and legal mail for your LLC. Every state requires one, and the first year is included in every plan.
Every LLC has annual costs: registered agent renewal, the state annual report, and Form 5472 with the pro forma 1120. Delaware also charges its franchise tax. You can handle this yourself or hire Amerady Compliance, which takes care of these filings and reminds you of every deadline.
Having both is often possible, but it depends on your country and your type of company, and a local accountant should confirm it. Invoicing between your home company and the LLC needs care, because it touches tax rules in both countries. Talk to your accountant before mixing the two.
No. An LLC is a company, not an immigration document: it doesn't give you a visa, a green card, or work authorization. Amerady isn't a law firm and doesn't give immigration advice, so for that, talk to an immigration lawyer.
The state filing only starts after you confirm your details, and until then you can cancel for a full refund. If you're a consumer in Brazil, you also have a 7-day right of withdrawal (article 49 of the Brazilian Consumer Code); if you ask us to file within those 7 days, the state fee and registered agent, paid to third parties, are not refunded. Once we file, government fees are non-refundable. If we make a mistake in the filing, we redo it at no cost.
